The Dekheila New Dry Bulk Quay Wall project is a major development aimed at enhancing Dekheila Port’s capacity and operational efficiency. By constructing a state-of-the-art quay wall, the project ensures safe and efficient handling of dry bulk cargo, while supporting Egypt’s role as a vital hub for Mediterranean trade.
This landmark marine project involves advanced pile-driving operations, large-scale reinforced concrete works, and the integration of essential marine accessories to guarantee both functionality and safety.

Scope of Work
Construction of a new dry bulk quay wall with 582m length and 54m width
Driving a total of 1,134 piles using advanced marine equipment
Driving piles with 1.0m diameter, 2.2cm thickness, and 38.7m length
Driving bored piles with 1.57m diameter, 1cm thickness, and 30m length
Casting reinforced concrete piles with lengths up to 43.7m
Bracing of piles using HEA600 steel sections
Construction of a reinforced concrete slab
Interlock finishing for the concrete slab
Installation of marine accessories including bollards, fenders, mooring rings, and ladders
